Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery. This ensures we can process your return promptly and issue a refund or exchange. Refunds are typically processed within 3 days. Please note, if your product gets held in customs, Wessi is not responsible for any issues that arise.
- Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number.
- All damage claims should be made within 2 business days of receiving the goods (Please provide your order details—invoice number, style number, color, and size—photos of the damages with an explanation, and your contact information).
- Returns sent to our showroom without prior approval from the Wessi team will not be accepted.
- Products from the discounted category are not eligible for returns.
- Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
- Alterations, deformations, or non-compliance with washing instructions are not covered by the warranty.
- If the product has been used or damaged due to customer mishandling, returns will not be accepted.
